Caritas Iraq shared these pictures of a recent distribution of aid to more than 250 displaced families north west of Baghdad in  the Al-Ahal Camp for the Displaced Families.  An estimated 2.6 million people have been uprooted from their homes in Iraq since an escalation of armed conflict in the region since January 2014. Caritas Iraq, part of the international Catholic relief effort, reported that “the main objective of the aid is openness, interaction and cooperation between the people of the same country to reflect, above all, love.”
