Health & Hope Calendar
Free legal advice for seniors will be offered every Tuesday in May, Older Americans Month. The law firm of Genser Dubow Genser & Cona (GDGC) is hosting a free elder law “Tuesdays in May” telephone hotline for seniors and their families. Long Island and New York City residents may call the GDGC hotline and speak directly with an attorney every Tuesday in May between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. They may also request GDGC’s free guide to elder law and estate planning. Attorneys will advise on matters related to planning for long-term care, asset protection, wills, trusts and the new power of attorney. Interested individuals may call the hotline from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesdays, May 5, 12, 19 and 26 at 631-390-5000.
