Catholics for Freedom of Religion has announced the following events throughout the diocese:

Thursday, Jan. 23 at 7:30pm, Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament, Bayside. Guest speaker, Barbara Samuells, President of Catholics for Freedom of Religion, will speak about past and current threats to religious freedom and the inseparable effort for life and for liberty. Saturday, Feb. 1 at 7:00pm, St. Cyril and Methodius, Deer Park. Fundraiser for Catholics for Freedom of Religion hosted by CFFR of St. Cyril and Methodius. Dancing to the music of the well known group “Tony and the Boys.” Enjoy hor d’oeuvres, beer, wine, soda , dessert and coffee. Try your luck at our raffles and 50/50. $35 per person. Sunday, Feb. 16, Mass at 11am, communion breakfast at noon, Immaculate Conception Church, Westhampton Beach. Sponsored by the Father Joseph Slomski Chapter #7423 of the Knights of Columbus. Ticket price is $15 (in advance, none at the door). Renker will speak on the HHS mandate, its threat to religious liberty and the status of nationwide litigation against the mandate. He will detail other threats to religious liberty and their contexts. A warm welcome to additional guest speakers, Mary Malerba, Esq. and Rosemarie Brady, founders of the St. Cyril and Methodius of Deer Park chapter of Catholics for Freedom of Religion. February 21, 1 -4 p.m. Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Lindenhurst, Catholics for Freedom of Religion committee will host a ROSARY RALLY in our school auditorium.  Join us as we lift our voices in prayer and stand in public witness for the restoration and preservation of the God-given gift of religious liberty guaranteed to all Americans in our United
States Constitution.
